Being a corporate social responsible institute, IB&M once again has taken a lead in facilitating its Working Women by starting On Campus Day Care. Seeing the Toddlers all the time in-front of them will not only rejoice the mothers, perhaps it will also encourage them in progressing in their professional lives.
