Dr. Ali Sajid is Mechanical Engineer from UET, Lahore. He has done his Masters and Ph.D. in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, Washington D.C, USA in 1995. Presently, he is working as the Director & Faculty of the Institute of Business and Management, UET Lahore.
He has a vast teaching, training and consulting experience in different educational institutes & International Bodies and is extensively involved in Human Resource Development. Since last 20 years he has been involved in various consultancies and has supervised more than 100 studies of Pakistani Industry. As founding faculty, he has held various academic and administrative assignments at NUST School of Business, Islamabad including Director Students Affairs, Head of Dept & PhD Coordinator.
He is also the founding Chairman of Dept of Engineering Management the Center for Advanced Studies in Engineering (CASE), Islamabad. Dr. Sajid has worked at World Bank, various multinational organizations in Washington D.C, USA and has also been an Advisor to the Planning Commission, Govt of Pakistan on Quality and Productivity.
