The purpose of this workshop is to provide insight to Project Monitoring using Earned Value Management System. The workshop will walk through the process of Earned Value Management with example. At the end of the work shop the participants will be able to develop a schedule, resource load it and be able to prepare performance indicators.
About the Speaker: Mr. Mohammad Siddique has worked in the US and international projects. He has also worked with US Department of Energy as consultant before joining local government in Montgomery County Maryland as a political appointee, in 2007. In the county, he has worked as Deputy Director of Department of Public Works and Transportation. Currently he is working as the Manager of Special projects in the office of County Executive.
