Weekly Seminar
First weekly seminar on “Talent Assessment and Development” was held in the “Institute of Business and Management (IB&M)”, University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
Guest speaker was Mr. Jamshaid from “ABB”, famous power generator and distributor company. This seminar was attended by students and faculty members from the Institute of Business and Management. The main theme of the presentation was the talent enhancement of students through “Talent Assessment and Development”.
Talent Assessment and Development, helps organizations integrate their talent management efforts into a coherent strategy. The lecture was followed by discussion, in which many issues were discussed, Including: performance and potential of employees.
Director of the institute Prof. Ali Sajid offered the guest speaker to form a research forum on talent building.
